Egg Tarts Recipe
A) Ingredients for Pastry:
-125gm softened butter (left in room temperature)
- 50g icing sugar
- Half egg
- 250gm plain flour
- Half teaspoon of Cinnamon powder (optional)
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together in season serve.
- Knead unitl dough it formed to make egg tart pastry
B) Ingreditents for egg custard:
- 125g sugar plus 250ml water (stirred and cooled)
- 6 eggs yolk and 5 eggs white
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in together and strain the egg filling with a sleve
Bake pastry for 10 mins in Tupperchef Fryer.
Pur egg filling to bake for another 7 mintues .
